Your Role:
As the QA Tester – Compliance Transformation, you will be responsible for ensuring that compliance technology solutions are tested meticulously, supporting essential regulatory obligations and business needs. Your expertise will help validate critical system functionalities across obligations management, horizon scanning, and findings/case management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance System Testing: Validate obligations register platforms and findings/case management systems to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Test Planning & Execution: Design and execute detailed test plans, cases, and use cases, including SIT, integration testing, and UAT support.
- Integration & SSO Testing: Conduct testing of system integrations and validate Single Sign-On (SSO) functionality.
- Defect Management: Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA, providing clear reporting on test progress and quality metrics.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Compliance, IT, BAs, and SMEs to facilitate effective communication across multiple project streams.
What You Bring:
- Experience: QA/testing within financial services, specifically in Compliance, Risk, or Legal domain testing.
- Technical Skills: Proven experience with obligations registers, horizon scanning tools, and findings/case management systems. Proficiency in JIRA and test management tools is essential.
- Hands-On Testing: Solid expertise in integration testing, SSO testing, and managing complex system environments.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design comprehensive test plans and UAT scripts.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional stakeholder engagement abilities, ensuring clear communication of complex concepts.
Desirable Experience:
- Familiarity with EMEA regulatory frameworks (FCA, PRA, EU regulations) is a plus.
- Experience in Agile/DevOps environments will be advantageous.
