- Project Management: Proven experience in managing complex projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- IAM Knowledge: Strong understanding of IAM concepts, technologies, and best practices and have experience in both technology and control implementation.
- Specific IAM Tools: Experience with popular IAM tools like SailPoint, CyberArk, or Okta.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to effectively communicate with and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve complex technical and project-related issues.
- Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Agile Methodologies: Experience working in an Agile environment, particularly with Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
- Cloud Technologies: Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions, such as Azure AD, AWS IAM, or Google Cloud IAM.
- Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, such as GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI DSS.
