Overview:
Opportunity to join a high-performing Loan Capital Markets team within a globally recognised investment bank. Key Responsibilities:
- Support secondary loan trading activity across Loan Capital Markets, working with traders who execute commitments via Bloomberg, phone, or email
- Own the end-to-end loan closing process, ensuring legal documentation is executed correctly and on time
- Review and prepare standard LMA documents including:
- Trade Confirmations
- Transfer Certificates
- Pricing Letters (invoice)
Experience Required:
- Strong experience in loan closing or loan settlements – ideally from a Loan Capital Markets, agency, or trading environment
- Solid understanding of LMA documentation, especially in the secondary loan market
- Familiarity with trade flow, transfer mechanics, and working directly with agent banks
- Experience preparing and reviewing confirmation documents, transfer certs, and pricing letters
- Exposure to credit approvals, control processes, and coordinating with legal stakeholders

What They’re Looking For:
- Someone with the pace, ownership, and attention to detail expected in a front office-adjacent role
- Proven experience in loan documentation and settlements (secondary market)

- Confident communicator who can push back on inaccuracies and maintain trade control
- Ideally someone who has worked in a market-leading team or with exposure to front office activity
