You’ll collaborate closely with a talented group of Business Designers, Business Architects, and Change & Delivery professionals to design, challenge, and deliver end-to-end business solutions that truly make an impact!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business design activities across complex, cross-functional change programmes.
- Tackle and solve complex business problems with analytical precision.
- Ensure coherence and strategic alignment across multiple workstreams and business units.
- Develop and maintain business capability models, value streams, and target operating models.
- Partner with technology teams to translate business needs into technical implications.
- Maintain an enterprise view, ensuring designs reflect long-term strategy.
- Facilitate workshops and produce compelling narratives articulating business outcomes.
