We’re looking for a Junior Content Designer to join an agile design team working on a high-impact digital project in the banking sector. You’ll play a key role in improving how users manage subscriptions through a major mobile banking app, helping make the experience clearer, simpler, and more human.
This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your experience working in a large, collaborative design environment with strong content and UX communities.
What you’ll be doing:
- Creating simple, clear and engaging app content for customer journeys
- Working with UX designers, researchers and developers in a multidisciplinary squad
- Using research and data insights to inform content decisions
- Supporting the development and use of content standards, tone of voice, and style guides
- Helping with content critiques, testing and iteration based on feedback
- Presenting your work and ideas to product and design stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
- Some experience with UX writing or content design (internships, freelance or in-house)
- Ability to simplify complex language and write in plain English
- Comfortable working in agile teams and open to collaboration and feedback
- Familiar with Figma or other design tools (training can be provided)
- Passionate about inclusive design and improving digital experiences for users
- Eager to learn and develop in a fast-paced, supportive environment
