Collateral Operations Analyst – 6 to 9 Month FTC – **Junior role, ideal for Graduates**

Location: Bromley

Salary: £38,000 per annum

Contract: Fixed Term, initially 6 months with potential extension to 9 months

A leading financial institution is looking for a Collateral Operations Analyst to join their Prime Services division, providing maternity cover for a minimum of 6 months. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong interest in financial markets to work in a client-facing operations role within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate distribution of client margin statements

• Investigating and resolving margin deficits and related queries

• Daily interaction with hedge fund clients and internal stakeholders

• Reconciliation of collateral balances and resolution of breaks

• Supporting the wider team with operational and regulatory requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• A finance graduate or individual with relevant experience seeking their next step in operations

• Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with clients directly

• Basic understanding of trading products (e.g. equities, derivatives)

• Knowledge of hedge funds and an awareness of different strategies they may use

• Good understanding of the regulatory landscape within financial markets

• Organised and proactive, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
