We are seeking a talented individual to join our team and help design impactful training programs that support standardized learning approaches across various business functions.
About the Team
Our Change Management & Leveraged Services team brings together key functions such as Training & Certification, Recruitment, and Contractor Management to drive efficiency and scale across the division. We are focused on delivering cost-effective and high-quality services while maintaining a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and fun work environment.
What You Will Be Doing
In this role, you will design e-learning modules that are part of a comprehensive training and accreditation program. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers (PMs) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify gaps in existing learning materials and develop engaging, innovative solutions.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in designing and scripting e-learning modules.
- Expertise in digital learning formats, including videos, podcasts, and infographics.
- A collaborative approach to design and delivery of innovative and engaging learning resources.
- Strong ability to manage relationships with SMEs and content owners.
- Knowledge of learning design principles and multimedia best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, particularly for troubleshooting content issues.
- The ability to manage your workload independently and meet deadlines effectively.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current accessibility standards.
- Financial Services background.

- Experience implementing accreditation programs within learning solutions.
- Broader blended learning design experience.
