Our client is seeking four dedicated Assistant Sourcing Managers to join their dynamic Sourcing Product Team on a vital supplier onboarding data quality improvement programme! This is an exciting opportunity to enhance the accuracy and reliability of supplier data while working in a collaborative environment.
In this hands-on operational role, successful candidates will be responsible for reviewing, correcting, and completing supplier onboarding records within SAP Ariba to improve the quality and completeness of data that is essential for effective sourcing and supplier management.
- Data Review & Remediation: Validate and remediate supplier onboarding records within SAP Ariba to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to resolve data quality issues, ensuring complete and precise records. Maintain accurate tracking of remediation progress, escalating risks and issues as necessary. Identify recurring data quality issues and recommend opportunities for enhancement to the data management processes.
- SAP Ariba Navigation: Familiarity with SAP Ariba or the ability to swiftly adapt to new systems.
- Data Management: Experience working with supplier or operational records, demonstrating a commitment to data quality.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot inaccuracies or inconsistencies in data.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical thinking to investigate and resolve data discrepancies.
A background in procurement is not required, but a strong understanding of data quality principles and stakeholder engagement is essential. Graduate candidates with relevant skills may also be considered.
