We’re partnering with a leading UK financial services organisation undergoing a major wealth and pensions transformation, bringing together advisory, platform, and digital capabilities into a single, market-leading proposition. As part of this flagship programme, we’re looking for Business Analysts with a blend of data, process, and operational expertise to support large-scale migration and product transformation initiatives.
The Opportunity
This is a multi-faceted role where you’ll operate across data analysis, customer journey design, and operational transformation, supporting:
- A complex platform migration involving tens of thousands of customers and multiple legacy systems
- The design and rollout of new retirement and wealth products on modern platforms
- End-to-end operational readiness and process transformation
You’ll play a key role in ensuring customer outcomes, operational efficiency, and technical delivery are aligned throughout.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Mapping and optimising end-to-end customer and operational journeys
- Supporting large-scale data migration activity (client & asset data)
- Leading process design, modelling, and continuous improvement
- Driving cutover planning, operational readiness, and transition activities
- Creating playbooks, runbooks, and interim processes
- Collaborating across product, tech, operations, and 3rd parties
- Translating insights into design decisions and delivery priorities

- Experience working with large datasets in migration programmes
- Strong Excel skills (SQL and/or Python highly desirable)
- Ability to support data validation, reconciliation, and analysis
- Strong Business Analysis and process mapping (Visio)
- Experience with cutover planning and migration delivery
- Ability to define future-state processes and operational models
- Understanding of operational impacts of change
- Experience supporting or leading operations workstreams
- Ability to coordinate across teams and drive alignment
