Job Title : Junior Conversation Designer
Location : London, 2 days on site per week required
Duration : 6-month contract
Rate : ÂŁ300.00 – ÂŁ350.00 (umbrella)
We’re seeking a talented Conversation Designer to help shape the future of chatbot experiences for major UK brands. Join a dynamic team of conversation designers within a multidisciplinary design squad on an exciting transformation programme aimed at delivering natural, contextual virtual assistant interactions for millions of customers.
About the Role
As a Conversation Designer, you’ll focus on creating accessible, engaging chatbot dialogues that address real customer needs. This is an opportunity to apply your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment while contributing to an ambitious omnichannel banking strategy.
Responsibilities :
- Design intuitive, customer-focused conversations for the chatbot, ensuring excellent user experiences.
- Apply design thinking and empathy to solve customer challenges and enhance dialogue quality.
