You’ll help us promote awareness campaigns, write comms in a tone that feels human and relatable, and support the internal ‘marketing’ of cybersecurity messaging across different channels. This is a hands-on content and campaign role, perfect for someone with strong writing skills and a flair for employee engagement.

Write engaging, accessible content on cybersecurity topics for internal channels (email, intranet, screens, newsletters, etc)
Define and deliver an internal comms and engagement strategy that makes cybersecurity messages clear, targeted, and effective
Support the planning and execution of internal awareness campaigns
Help shape and promote creative communications ideas across the business
Work closely with technical subject matter experts to translate complex ideas into plain, relatable messages
Contribute to the look and feel of internal comms assets – partnering with brand and content teams where needed
Bring a marketing mindset to internal campaigns – what will capture attention and drive action?
Support the growth of our Cyber Connect programme by helping position Security as a trusted, approachable partner
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or content marketing
Strong writing and editing skills with a natural, human tone of voice
Confidence in translating technical or abstract ideas into everyday language
Ability to plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns
Comfortable working independently, but also collaboratively with wider teams
An interest in cybersecurity is a bonus, but not essential
