We are seeking an experienced Corporate Banking Operations AVP – Credit Documentation Specialist to join the Execution Control Team within a leading international bank. The successful candidate will play a key role in reviewing, onboarding and approving complex credit documentation, ensuring all documentation is operationally sound and compliant before progressing through the approval process.
- Review and onboard loan, trade finance and derivative documentation from both an operational and credit risk perspective.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, complete and meets internal policies and regulatory requirements before approvals are obtained.
- Work closely with Front Office teams to resolve documentation issues and facilitate smooth execution.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders including Legal, Compliance, Operations and Technology to ensure documentation and operational processes are aligned.
Strong background within Corporate Banking Operations or Credit Documentation is essential. A solid understanding of credit documentation processes and operational controls is required, along with the ability to interpret complex legal and operational documentation. A banking or financial services background is essential.
