Are you a skilled Business Systems Analyst with a passion for enhancing operational efficiency? Our client, a forward-thinking organisation, is seeking a dynamic Business Systems Analyst to join their team. This pivotal role focuses on supporting and enhancing their business systems landscape, specifically working with MRI Qube, MRI Sales & Lettings (SLM), and MRI Engage.
- Support system configuration and enhancements, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate the delivery of business and technology change initiatives.
- Coordinate requirements gathering, testing, data validation, and user acceptance activities.
- Ensure that solutions are fit for purpose, aligned with business objectives, and support business readiness, training, and adoption activities.
Business Analysis:
- Assist in developing business cases and evaluating solutions.
- Support the needs of operational, finance, and customer-facing teams by gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Cultivate strong relationships across business, operational, finance, and technology teams.
- Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical delivery teams.
- Maintain analysis documentation, process maps, and system knowledge repositories.
- Support issue resolution, root cause analysis, and ongoing system optimisation.
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, data quality, and user experience while ensuring compliance with governance and control requirements.
Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role. Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into effective system solutions. A background in supporting system enhancements, integrations, and business process improvement initiatives. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced transformation environment.
