  • We're seeking a detail-oriented

Corporate Actions Analyst to support a busy operations team within a leading financial services environment.

This role offers the opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of corporate actions, custody operations, and asset servicing activities while working closely with experienced industry professionals.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Processing mandatory and voluntary corporate actions across a range of financial products.
  • Supporting the processing and allocation of dividend and interest payments.
  • Assisting with corporate action-related custody and accounting activities.
  • Processing liability notices and supporting class action administration.
  • Reconciling client holdings against agent holdings to ensure accurate event processing.
  • Investigating and resolving operational queries and client requests.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all event-related activities.
  • Supporting client conversions, system releases, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Providing technical and operational support to colleagues when required.
  • Escalating more complex issues to senior team members as appropriate.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience gained within financial services operations, investment operations, custody, asset servicing, or corporate actions.
  • Knowledge of mandatory and/or voluntary corporate actions.
  • Understanding of dividend and interest payment processing.
  • Experience carrying out reconciliations and investigating discrepancies.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
