Join Our Team as a Client Onboarding Specialist! Fixed Term Contract - 12 Months

Are you ready to take your career in banking to the next level? We are seeking two dynamic Client Onboarding Specialists to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with our esteemed EMEA client base, including Corporate and Financial Institution clients. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Project Manage the implementation of Treasury Payments, Reporting, and Payment Verification solutions for our diverse client base.
  • Collaborate with Clients to establish connectivity through Host to Host and SWIFT FileAct channels, utilizing our proprietary file formats.
  • Oversee Project Execution to ensure delivery aligns with agreed timelines, while keeping client expectations top of mind.
  • Communicate Effectively with clients to develop and agree on implementation timelines, providing regular project status updates, identifying issues, and outlining resolution steps.
  • Assist Clients with technical connectivity and file formatting to ensure seamless use of our payment and reporting solutions.
  • Update Internal Stakeholders on project progress at various stages throughout the lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with Internal Partners to overcome challenges and expedite project resolutions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Client Facing Experience: A proven track record in client-facing roles is essential.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You must be able to articulate ideas and updates clearly, both verbally and in writing, to various stakeholders.
  • Strong Organization and Project Management Skills: With multiple projects happening simultaneously, your ability to manage priorities effectively is crucial for success.
  • Self-Motivation: We value individuals who can identify and promote process improvements to enhance risk control and accelerate revenue generation.
  • Technical Familiarity: Experience with SWIFT FileAct and/or Host to Host transmission formats (like SFTP and AS2) is a plus.
  • Treasury Payment Experience: Knowledge of EMEA Treasury payment types (such as SEPA and BACS) will give you an edge.
