About the Role
As an AI Workspace Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in leading the technical delivery, governance, and optimization of enterprise AI productivity platforms. You will focus on leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as Microsoft 365 Copilot and Google Workspace Gemini, among other AI tools, to enhance collaboration and automate processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead Integration: Spearhead the technical enablement of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Google Workspace Gemini, and NotebookLM.
- Build AI Solutions: Create and embed AI-powered solutions using platform APIs and automation tools.
- Subject Matter Expert: Act as the go-to expert for enterprise AI workspace technologies, supporting various teams across the organization.
- Integrate Capabilities: Connect AI features with enterprise systems to enable seamless workflows.
- Develop Resources: Create reusable prompts and templates to standardize AI solution delivery.
- Ensure Compliance: Collaborate with security and risk teams to maintain secure and compliant operations of AI tools.
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee the deployment, monitoring, and optimization of AI workspace solutions.
- Support Adoption: Provide technical guidance and enablement to teams and users for a smooth transition.

What You Need to Succeed
Essential Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, especially Copilot and Graph API.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Gemini and NotebookLM.
- Proven ability to integrate AI capabilities into business applications and workflows.
- Understanding of enterprise identity, data governance, and security controls.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API, Workspace APIs, and cloud AI services.
