Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and community-minded Club Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our well-established Working Men’s Club. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing operations, staff, finances, and ensuring a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable environment for members and guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overall management of the club’s daily operations
  • Managing and supervising bar and club staff
  • Stock control, ordering, and supplier liaison
  • Financial management including tills, banking, and reporting to the committee
  • Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health & safety, and club policies
  • Organising and promoting events and entertainment
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service
  • Acting as the main point of contact between staff, committee, and members

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in club, bar, or hospitality management
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Good financial and administrative ability
