Pontiro is an independent evaluation company for healthcare AI based in Newport, South Wales. We test how AI tools perform in real clinical settings and build anonymisation tooling for medical imaging and clinical data, with platforms already running in live healthcare environments.
We are hiring a Software Engineer to help build and scale these platforms, working closely with our CTO. It is a broad role with real ownership: designing and maintaining the Python services and APIs at the core of the platform, working with clinical imaging data and healthcare standards, building reporting and dashboards for clinical audiences, developing monitoring and alerting, supporting deployment into customer environments, and writing clear technical documentation.
