Job Title: Videographer & Video Editor

Location: London (Paddington area, Westminster)

Job Type: Part-Time (with potential to transition into Full-Time)

Pay Rate: Pro rata Gross £31,200 +- £30 an hour with a guarantee of 3 days a week

Pontifex is a marketing agency focused on driving growth and maximising ROI for clients in the medical, dental, and e-commerce sectors. We’re seeking a skilled Videographer & Video Editor to enhance our content strategy across our agency, our owner’s YouTube channel, and our Clients’ social media accounts. If you excel at capturing compelling visuals and creating impactful content, we’d love to connect!

Key Responsibilities Content Capture & Production for the Agency:

Produce top-quality video content tailored for both organic reach and paid advertising, ensuring each piece meets our brand standards and engages target audiences.

Client Location Filming: Travel to client locations—particularly high-end dental clinics and boutique beauty and hair salons —to record premium content that highlights their services, atmosphere, and treatments.

Professional Editing: Edit video content to optimize performance across social media and digital platforms, with an adaptable approach to style, from short-form ads to long-form YouTube content.

Equipment Standards: Use and maintain your own 4K-standard filming and editing equipment to ensure quality consistency.

Adaptability in Filming & Editing: Switch seamlessly between roles of capturing content and editing, bringing a fluid, hands-on approach to every project.

Flexible Availability: Work 3-5 days per week, with an openness to scaling availability based on project needs.

Qualifications & Experience Professional Background:

Prior experience in videography and editing, with marketing agency experience as a strong advantage.

Keen Aesthetic Sense: Ability to capture the best angles and lighting to create a luxurious, professional feel, especially within high-end salon and clinic settings.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard editing software and knowledge of current filming techniques and trends.

Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail in both filming and editing, ensuring each project meets agency quality expectations.
