Ponteland High School is seeking to appoint vibrant, positive teaching assistants to add to a well-established staff team. We require a Teaching Assistant to support students across all year groups 7-13.

Our TAs are required to work with students inside and outside the classroom, ensuring access to all aspects of curriculum and school life.

We require:

  • a creative and engaging person who can develop a good rapport with our students to support learning
  • someone who is well organised with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • a great team player who can work successfully in collaboration with others and contribute towards the school ethos and its school improvement activities
