In this pivotal role, you will take the lead in planning, coordinating and delivering high-quality 1:1 and small‑group intervention sessions. You will drive improvements in both educational and life outcomes for our SEND pupils, ensuring they receive the personalised support they need to thrive. Your expertise will also help shape innovative and effective best practice across the school\’s SEND provision. Responsibilities

• Take the lead in planning, coordinating and delivering high-quality 1:1 and small‑group intervention sessions.
• Drive improvements in both educational and life outcomes for SEND pupils, ensuring they receive personalised support.
• Shape innovative and effective best practice across the school\’s SEND provision.
• Collaborate with staff, parents and carers to support learners.

Qualifications

• Passionate about supporting pupils to reach their full potential.
• Communicates with warmth, clarity and professionalism when working with staff, students, parents and carers.
• Thrives as part of a collaborative team, yet is confident in working independently and using own initiative.
• Has valuable experience in a specialist SEND role or a similar area.
