The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 Β£ per year.
This is a great opportunity to work as part of a strong and welcoming team in a fantastic Preschool, with a new building and a recently developed outdoor space. We are based on Ponsanooth playing field in the heart of Ponsanooth. Ponsanooth preschool is a registered charity and we have received a good OFSTED rating as of May 2025. Ponsanooth preschool is run by our hardworking manager Aimee Crilly and our dedicated Preschool committee of volunteers.
We are interested in hiring either a full time or part time candidate to fill this position. We will interview and offer a taster session for each suitable candidate. Your role will provide safe and high-quality Early years education and care for young children, meeting their individual needs of the children attending the setting.
We are looking for someone with a passion for Early years education who will be both flexible and committed to their new role. We would like somebody who is compassionate, kind, and enthusiastic about providing high quality education for young children.
To be considered for an interview you must have:
- A full and relevant level 3 Early years qualification.
- A good understanding of Early childhood development and learning.
- An excellent working knowledge of the Early year's framework and OFSTED statutory guidance.
- Experience working as a key worker for a group of children and their families.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
