As a Campaign Delivery Executive, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth, timely, and accurate delivery of campaign assets. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, coordinating multiple moving parts with efficiency, clarity, and exceptional organisation. This role focuses on campaign delivery, workflow management, and client coordination – supporting the end-to-end movement of assets. You will be the key link between our clients and our in‑house creative team, ensuring that briefs, asset, and approval flows through the process seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities
- Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Following campaign sign off, act as a day‑to‑day contact for client stakeholders across multiple departmental levels. Build positive, trusted working relationships through responsive, calm, proactive and clear communication. Manage client expectations around timelines, deliverables, and processes.
- Creative Workflow & Asset Delivery: Manage the full delivery lifecycle of campaign assets, ensuring everything is supplied correctly and on time. Serve as the main coordination point between clients and the in‑house designer.
- Project & Process Management: Keep project management tools and trackers up to date, ensuring all workflows are accurately logged. Maintain clear documentation of asset requirements, deadlines, and status updates. Ensure all assets, briefs, amends, and approvals are filed correctly and consistently.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure campaigns run smoothly by coordinating timelines, keeping delivery order, and troubleshooting issues quickly. Maintain immaculate attention to detail across repetitive tasks, ensuring accuracy even at pace. Support the wider campaign delivery team with administrative and organisational tasks to keep projects moving.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Exceptionally strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows at once.
- Great client handling skills – friendly, professional, and confident in your communication.
- A natural multitasker who can maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Experience in project coordination, campaign delivery, creative workflow, or similar.
- Proficient in using project management tools and maintaining structured processes.
- A proactive problem‑solver who anticipates needs and keeps things moving.
- Experience working with designers on artwork preferred but not mandatory.
