Oversees document control processes across multiple projects or programs, ensuring documentation integrity and supporting audit readiness within Pond & Company’s architectural, engineering, planning, construction management, and environmental services scope.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain company-wide document control standards
  • Train and mentor junior document controllers
  • Interface with QA/QC, legal, and project management teams
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory documentation requirements
  • Prepare documentation for audits and project close-out
  • Other duties may be assigned as company needs dictate.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Expert-level knowledge of document management systems
  • Strong attention to detail and process management experience
  • 5–7 years in document control, including leadership responsibilities
