Join Pond & Company as a Business Development Manager, Power Delivery Services. We are searching for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic Energy team, which is dedicated to advancing the power sector with innovative solutions in substations, transmission, power generation, and renewable energies such as solar, BESS, and wind projects.
As a Business Development Manager, you will work with key clients across the United States, leading efforts to secure new business opportunities and build lasting client relationships. You will engage in identifying and developing new business opportunities within the power sectors, focusing on substations, transmission, power generation, and renewables.
Experience And Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development within power engineering & design, focusing on substations, transmission, power generation, and renewable energy projects.
- Proven experience in planning, designing, and developing power delivery infrastructure.
- Strong success in sales forecasting, CRM management, and building long-term client relationships.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
- A passion for driving innovation in power delivery and renewable energy solutions.
