The Role

Having recently expanded our product portfolio we are now recruiting for a Credit Controller to join our Finance team, bringing a proactive and detail-oriented approach to manage the increasing revenue and customer volume during this exciting period of growth. Working as part of a finance team of 4 and alongside our Sales and Operations functions you will be responsible for the end to end Accounts Receivable process, acting as the primary point of contact for our customers. This is a critical role in cash generation, proactively managing credit limits and chasing debt to maintain open credit lines and support the business in achieving its net working capital targets and revenue growth aspirations.

Role Responsibilities

  • Build close working relationships with our dealers and Sales and Operations teams.
  • End to end accounts receivable process responsibility (sales ledger maintenance, invoice query resolution, credit risk assessments, proactive debt collection via phone and email, escalations and legal liaison, aged debt reporting).
  • Act as a professional point of contact for financial queries, ensuring clear communication between Finance and our dealer base.
  • Utilise our Credit Automation tools to drive efficiency, visibility and modernise our financial workflows.
  • Support the redistribution of control tasks within the team, assisting the Finance Manager and Finance Assistant to streamline monthly reporting.
