About the role

We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy AI Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. You’ll use AI tools to streamline motion graphics workflows, design dynamic visuals, and produce engaging content across social, mobile, and emerging platforms. Responsibilities include creating and adapting AI-generated assets, ensuring high visual standards, and collaborating closely with our creative team. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and 3D design tools is required.

Responsibilities

  • Create visually stunning video assets and content.
  • Trim footage segments and sequence videos as well as create motion graphics and designs that deliver on client expectations.
  • Ability to receive and execute creative direction and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Collaborate with creative directors and other colleagues to best support larger media goals.
  • Take initiative on projects to over-deliver new and innovative solutions.
  • Creative problem solver that understands the needs of clients/partners and delivers innovative solutions.
  • Create graphic templates for easy use by other team members and partner teams.
  • Adhere to brand guidelines in ways that still push creative boundaries.
  • Adept with Motion Graphic Technology.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 4+ years of prior experience with and a strong portfolio of motion graphics work, with at least 2 years as a motion designer in Tech.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Suite and common motion graphics or 3D design software, in addition to the latest AI tools to generate images and video, including Runway, Kling, Sora, among others.
  • A never-ending desire to learn new techniques and technology to advance your craft.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb visual and conceptual skills to solve problems and create novel solutions.
