Responsabilités
- Procéder à l’entrée des heures des feuilles de temps et autres saisies dans le système de paie;
- Entrer dans le système informatique CMiC toutes les informations personnelles des nouveaux employés;
- Produire différents rapports de fin de paie par semaine;
- Compléter les relevés d’emploi des employés;
- Voir à obtenir les numéros d’embauche et procéder aux terminaisons à la CCQ;
- Rédiger les lettres de confirmation d’emploi des employés de chantier;
- Répondre aux demandes des employés;
- Toutes autres tâches connexes.
Éducation, Qualifications Et Expérience
- Posséder un AEC ou un DEC en comptabilité;
- Avoir de 1 à 3 ans d’expérience en traitement de la paie;
- Avoir un niveau d’anglais avancé;
- Avoir des connaissances approfondies de la suite Microsoft Office;
- Être efficace, minutieux et rigoureux;
- Avoir un bon sens de l’organisation et des priorités.
