Ready to build your career? We want to hear from you. Under the supervision of the Payroll Coordinator, the incumbent works closely with the Senior Payroll Technician as well as the Talent–Culture–Leadership team to support activities related to payroll preparation.
Responsibilities
- Enter timesheet hours and perform other data entries in the payroll system;
- Input all personal information of new employees into the CMiC system;
- Produce various weekly end-of-payroll reports;
- Complete employees’ Records of Employment (ROEs);
- Obtain hiring numbers and process terminations with the CCQ;
- Draft employment confirmation letters for site employees;
- Respond to employee inquiries;
- Perform any other related duties.
Education, Qualifications, And Experience
- Hold an AEC or DEC in Accounting;
- Have 1 to 3 years of experience in payroll processing;
- Possess an advanced level of English;
- Have strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
- Be efficient, detail-oriented, and thorough;
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.
