Relevant du Directeur des opérations à l’approvisionnement, le titulaire du poste aura à recevoir les requêtes de chantiers, planifier et distribuer ceux-ci au bon département et s’assurer d’un suivi de ces mêmes demandes. Il assurera une satisfaction complète des clients internes et évaluera le service logistique dans son ensemble régional. Il travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les projets, le département d’équipements, le département d’approvisionnement, le département de pré‑construction et les chantiers.
Ce que tu feras
- Recevoir l’ensemble des demandes des chantiers de son département attitré pour sa région et s’assurer de distribuer ceux-ci dans les bons départements de services;
- Évaluer la qualité du service donné en logistique et faire part de ses recommandations pour en améliorer sa performance;
- Prendre la décision à savoir si nous utilisons notre flotte ou le département d’approvisionnement pour les requêtes de chantiers reçues;
- Faire des visites régulières à ses clients (les chantiers) pour assurer une bonne relation et valider que le service répond à leurs besoins;
- Remplir les requêtes d’équipements et de consommables relevant de nos entrepôts/cours reliées à sa région respective;
- Dépendant du volume de sa région, le coordonnateur pourra procéder à certains achats par commandes d’achats, toujours en restant connecté au spécialiste de catégorie;
- Assister à chaque rencontre de démarrage de chantiers de son département attitré pour bien comprendre les enjeux de chacun d’eux;
- Valider les indicateurs de performance en lien avec le service client.
Ce poste est fait pour toi si tu as
- Être titulaire d’une technique en logistique ou approvisionnement et/ou posséder une expérience équivalente;
- Avoir de 3 à 5 années d’expérience pertinente en construction, location d’équipement, coordination ou services à la clientèle dans ces domaines;
- Posséder une solide expérience en vente ou gestion de clients;
- Avoir d’excellentes compétences en communication et en relations;
- Avoir une grande autonomie et habileté à gérer les urgences;
- Être prêt à voyager au besoin dans sa province respective.
