Our Mission

We are currently looking for a Concession Manager to join our Pomellato Concession located in Harrods, London. Reporting directly to the City Manager, she/he will be responsible for achieving sales objectives and building highly motivated sales teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

Manage the boutique to meet sales goals and KPIs, spending most of the time on the shop floor with the sales team and customers.

Develop action plans based on mystery shopping results and ensure their implementation.

Coach sales teams on providing extraordinary service, selling skills, and attitude to create a unique shopping experience.

Resolve client concerns, disputes, and complaints while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Ensure ethical behavior and integrity within the store team and towards clients.

Encourage team participation in training sessions to enhance knowledge on collections, selling techniques, brand stories, security, etc.

Collaborate with sales trainers to implement training plans and follow up.

Proactively attract new customers, promote events, and generate new business opportunities. Engage sales teams in social events.

Maintain strong relationships with clients both in-store and outside.

Implement client database activities following marketing guidelines.

Ensure the store\’s appearance, safety, and maintenance are up to standard.

Manage product assortment and visual merchandising, monitor stock levels, and ensure display guidelines are followed.

Maintain sales team grooming standards.

Oversee store stock management according to KPIs.

Supervise After Sales Service activities and requests.

Maintain knowledge of the market, competitors, events, products, and pricing.

Have a deep understanding of brand locations, events, and marketing activities relevant to their environment (city/street/mall/department store).

Who you are

Extensive experience in a similar role within a customer service-focused environment, with a passion for luxury.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Negotiation skills and customer orientation.

Integrity and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Positive, enthusiastic, and a team leader; well-connected socially to develop and maintain effective relationships.

Ability to network and build strong relationships with Harrods management and key stakeholders.

Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
