This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Water Treatment / Hygiene Engineer to join our growing team. You will carry out planned preventative maintenance, water hygiene tasks and remedial works in line with relevant regulations, ensuring full compliance and safety across multiple sites.
Key Duties
- PPM works in line with ACOP L8, HSG274 & SFG20
- Legionella control and water treatment services
- Maintenance of TMVs, softeners, dosing systems, cooling towers & plant
- Closed system analysis, dosing and flushing
- Site audits, logbooks and reporting
- Site surveys to BS 8580-1:2019 / HSG274
- Basic plumbing and electrical works
- Liaison with helpdesk and management on remedial works
Requirements
- Proven experience in water treatment / hygiene
- Strong knowledge of L8 HSG274
- City & Guilds or similar qualification (preferred)
- Plumbing / mechanical background (desirable)
- Good communication and IT skills
- Full UK driving licence
