Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
We are looking for a Mobile M&E Engineer (Mechanical Bias) to carry out planned maintenance, reactive repairs, and small works across commercial buildings in London. You will ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver mechanical & electrical PPM tasks
- Complete reactive callouts and minor repairs
- Maintain plant rooms, workshops & on-site stores
- Submit accurate job reports and keep logbooks up to date
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and RAMS
- Work professionally with clients and tenants
Skills & Experience:
- Mechanical bias with M&E building services experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC plant: pumps, valves, AHUs, FCUs, boilers
- Competent with electrical basics (fault finding/repairs)
- Able to work independently across multiple sites
- IT-literate (tablet/phone job updates)
- Current mechanical/electrical qualifications
