We are seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Engineer to join our team, delivering high-quality maintenance, servicing, and installation work across multiple sites. You will play a key role in ensuring fire systems remain compliant, reliable, and fully operational.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service, maintain, and test fire alarm systems and emergency lighting
  • Carry out fault finding, repairs, and small installation works
  • Ensure compliance with BS5839 and BS5266 standards
  • Respond to reactive callouts and aim for first-time fixes
  • Complete service reports, logbooks, and certification accurately
  • Liaise with clients and site teams to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Follow Health & Safety procedures and risk assessments at all times

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience working on fire alarm systems
  • Strong knowledge of BS5839 (Fire Alarms) and BS5266 (Emergency Lighting)
  • Fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work independently across multiple sites
