Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 + Van + Benefits

We are recruiting a qualified Plumber with commercial water treatment/water hygiene experience to join our expanding team. You will work across schools, councils, offices and commercial buildings, carrying out PPM, compliance and reactive works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out commercial plumbing works, system repairs and installations.
  • Complete Legionella control tasks in line with ACOP L8 & HSG274.
  • Maintain tanks, calorifiers, pipework, cooling towers & closed systems.
  • Service softeners, filtration, TMVs, dosing equipment & ClO2 systems.
  • Conduct system audits, sampling, flushing & chlorinations.
  • Keep logbooks, COSHH and compliance documents up to date.
  • Liaise with Help Desk and report remedial actions.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent.
  • Experience in commercial water hygiene or water treatment.
  • Strong understanding of Legionella compliance.
  • Able to diagnose plumbing/mechanical issues.
  • Good communication & digital reporting skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
