We are seeking an experienced Electrical Lighting Engineer to join our expanding team, delivering high-quality lighting installation, maintenance, testing, and fault-finding across commercial and residential sites. As an Electrical Lighting Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant lighting systems for our clients.
This role is ideal for a technically strong Electrical Lighting Engineer who takes pride in workmanship, can work independently, and enjoys a varied mobile role.
What You’ll Do
- Install, inspect, and maintain LED, emergency lighting, and lighting control systems
- Diagnose and repair lighting faults efficiently and safely
- Carry out PPM, reactive works, testing, and certification
- Ensure all work meets safety, electrical compliance, and industry standards
- Work professionally with clients, tenants, and on-site teams to deliver exceptional service
What You’ll Need
- Level 3 Electrical Installation Qualification (C&G or equivalent)
- 18th Edition wiring regulations
- Strong lighting maintenance and fault-finding experience
- Experience with emergency lighting testing and repairs
- Good communication, reporting and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider engineering team
- A proven track record as an Electrical Lighting Engineer is highly desirable
