Static Mechanical Engineer Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm About Us: As one of London\'s leading M&E contractors we have several large contracts across multiple prestigious sites in the capital and now require a mintenance engineer to join our team. From reactive repairs to planned maintenance, we pride ourselves on reliability, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: * Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM\'s), reactive maintenance and fault finding on all mechanical and electrical plant * Ensuring all works are carried out in compliance with health & safety standards and company procedures * Communicating with clients and site teams professionally and clearly * Keeping detailed job records using our bespoke software Key technical knowledge required: * HIUs (Heat Interface Units) – We service, diagnose faults, and carry out repairs. No previous experience is necessary, but strong mechanical diagnosis skills are needed * UFH (Underfloor heating) manifolds – Ability to diagnose faults and carry out repairs * FCUs – Strong understanding to investigate faults with FCUs, chilled water circuits, and related controls * Controls – BMS systems, actuators, local controllers, etc. * Mechanical plant – Pumps, boilers, LTHW systems, chillers, Pressurisation Units, etc. What We Offer: * Up to £45k Salary based on experience * Travel expenses * Company phone * Recommend-a-Friend bonus: £450 for every candidate you recommend once probation ends * Tools and uniform provided * Overtime opportunities * 20 days of holiday allowance + Bank holidays All offers are subject to pre-employment checks and a DBS check.
