Mobile Building Services Engineer – London Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm | Salary dependent on experience | Overtime opportunities Polyteck Building Services is looking for an experienced Mobile Building Services Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across client sites in London. The role will involve maintaining building services systems, completing PPMs, attending reactive callouts and ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. What you'll get * Salary dependent on experience * 20 days annual leave + bank holidays (negotiable) * Pension scheme * Friendly and supportive working environment * Company training and upskilling * Opportunities for growth and development * Company van where applicable What you'll be doing * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) * Attend reactive callouts and carry out building repairs * Service, maintain and fault-find mechanical and M&E systems * Carry out routine inspections and maintenance in line with PPM schedules * Complete job reports, logbooks and maintenance records accurately * Identify and report any required remedial works * Ensure scheduled works and appointments are completed on time * Maintain plant rooms, site stores and equipment where required * Work in accordance with Health & Safety regulations and risk assessments * Liaise professionally with clients and tenants What we're looking for * Experience in Building Services Maintenance * Experience working with mechanical and M&E systems * Relevant and up-to-date qualifications * Good fault-finding and maintenance skills * Experience carrying out a range of PPM duties * Ability to work independently across multiple sites * IT literate and comfortable updating jobs and timesheets via phone or tablet * Flexibility for occasional out-of-hours or weekend work All offers are subject to successful pre-employment checks and DBS clearance.
