We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager to take ownership of PPM, reactive maintenance, and contractual delivery across a high‑profile site.
As the Contract Manager, you will lead engineers, contractors, and support teams to ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest technical standard.
This role requires a proactive professional who can build strong relationships, deliver operational excellence, and continually enhance service quality.

- Oversee day‑to‑day contract delivery, ensuring all PPM, reactive and remedial works run smoothly
- Manage contractual compliance, processes, and client requirements
- Provide technical support, fault‑finding, and problem resolution to site engineers
- Audit and update site logbooks, records, and statutory documentation
- Liaise with clients, tenants, contractors, and internal support teams
- Manage quotations, remedial works, and drive cost‑efficient delivery
- Support mobilisation processes, reporting, and 60‑day operational updates
- Maintain stock levels to support First Time Fix rates
- Ensure full Health & Safety, RAMS, and statutory compliance
- Lead recruitment, staff development, coaching, and performance reviews
- Represent the business professionally as the site Contract Manager and client liaison Key Skills & Experience
- Strong contract management background within building services / FM
- Technical knowledge with confidence to support engineers on site
- Excellent communication and client‑facing skills
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of budgets and operations
- Professional qualifications (M&E / HVAC or relevant discipline)
- Good IT and organisational skills
- Ability to lead, mentor, and support teams effectively
