Job Overview
We’re looking for a reliable, multi-skilled General Handyman / Fabric Maintenance Engineer to join our team and work on a high-profile commercial site. You’ll be responsible for delivering first-class building and fabric maintenance in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities

Carry out general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties.

Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.
*
Undertake reactive and planned fabric maintenance, including:
*
Doors, locks, ceilings, and flooring
*
Tiling, basic carpentry, and general finishes
*
Ensure all work is compliant with health & safety regulations.
*
Proactively identify and report maintenance issues.
*
Manage tools, equipment, and materials efficiently.
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Handyman, Fabric Maintenance Engineer, or similar role.
*
Strong skills in general maintenance trades: plumbing, mechanical, carpentry, decorating.
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*
Strong communication skills.
*
Valid UK driving licence preferred.
