Location: Cambridge (CB25) Duration: Permanent Hours: 8am until 4:30pm (Monday to Friday) Salary: 42,000 – 48,000 Job Reference: 35460 Polytec are looking for a motivated PCB Design Engineer for our client based just north of Cambridge. You will be involved in the whole lifecycle of PCB product development from concept and prototype to production and support. Responsibilities: PCB and FPC layout (place and route) Schematic capture ECAD library part creation Post processing for fabrication and assembly Producing PCB drawings and bills of material Arrangement of prototype builds Requirements: Engineering apprenticeship or a degree in a Science or Engineering subject At least 3 years PCB Design experience Good knowledge of PCB layout A good understanding of PCB manufacturing techniques IT literate with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to work methodically to a high level of quality with good attention to detail Please contact us as soon as possible for more details or apply below!
