Location: Cambridge (CB5) Duration: 2 - 3 months but could become permanent for the right candidate Hours: 9am until 5:00pm (Monday to Friday) with 3 days in the office / 2 days from home Salary: £32,000 - £34,000 per annum dependent on experience Job Reference: 36207 Polytec are recruiting for a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our Cambridge based client. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and customer-focused individual to support clients throughout their onboarding and ongoing customer journey. Responsibilities • Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and support requests • Manage customer onboarding and ensure a positive customer experience • Maintain accurate customer records and administration • Coordinate orders, shipments and deliveries • Monitor customer accounts and provide ongoing support • Liaise with internal teams including finance and operations to resolve customer issues • Build and maintain strong customer relationships Requirements • Fluent French speaker • Previous experience in customer service, customer support or a similar role • Experience using CRM systems • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team Please contact us as soon as possible for more details or apply below
