We are seeking an experienced Wirer / Cable Assembler to join our client based just outside Royston. You will join a small but expanding team working on cutting-edge robotics. Initially this role is offered as a 6 week fixed term contract but there could be opportunities to extend this in due course for the right candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of cables for robotics equipment
- Ability to follow diagrams and SOPs
- Cable cutting, stripping, cable idents, crimping connectors, mechanical assembly
- Support lean manufacturing practices, inventory control and continuous improvement initiative
Requirements:
- Hands-on technical experience in a similar role
