Hours: 9am until 5:00pm (Monday to Friday) with 3 days in the office / 2 days from home

Polytec are recruiting for a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our Cambridge based client. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and customer-focused individual to support clients throughout their onboarding and ongoing customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and support requests
- Manage customer onboarding and ensure a positive customer experience
- Maintain accurate customer records and administration
- Coordinate orders, shipments and deliveries
- Monitor customer accounts and provide ongoing support
- Liaise with internal teams including finance and operations to resolve customer issues
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements
- Fluent French speaker
- Previous experience in customer service, customer support or a similar role
- Experience using CRM systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
