Location: St Neots (PE19)

Duration: Permanent

Hours: 39 hours per week with an early finish Friday (Mon - Thurs 8am - 5pm and Fri - 8am - 1pm)

Salary: Up to £15.26 per hour (£31,000) dependent on experience

Responsibilities

  • Assemble, solder and wire PCB assemblies and units to IPC-JSTD-001
  • Ensure inbuilt quality by following routers and inspecting own workmanship
  • Interpret and apply all drawings, instructions and documentation
  • Conformal coat and apply adhesives to products as per manufacturing drawings
  • Ensure Health and Safety Policies are adhered to

Requirements

  • Ideally experience of working to class 3 on Power boards or aerospace product
  • At least 2 years' PTH soldering experience
  • Ability to interpret complex technical drawings
  • Ideally able to surface mount solder down to 0405 component level
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
