Polytec are looking for a dynamic Electronic Assembler for our client based a few miles north of Cambridge.
Responsibilities:
- Assembly of electronic components and products to specification using both hand and power tools
- Follow detailed assembly instructions, drawings and diagrams
- SMT assembly
- Test and troubleshoot to ensure functionality
- Inspection of finished products
Requirements:
- Previous experience in electronic assembly and soldering
- Good knowledge of electrical components and circuits
- Familiar with hand tools and power tools used in assembly processes
- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, drawings and diagrams
- Proficient in assembling electronic components using hand tools and power tools
- Familiar with surface mount technology (SMT) assembly techniques
