We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to cover maternity leave and support the daily operations for our client's finance team. Office based, just north of Cambridge, this role focuses on accurate financial data handling, especially in accounts payable, data entry, and Sage software usage.
Responsibilities
- Process weekly payments and update Sage records
- Post purchase invoices and handle banking/credit applications
- Reconcile credit card and petty cash accounts
- Manage the accounts inbox and filing systems
