Location: Crewe Based

Employment Type: Full-time

Based at the customer assembly plant, you will act as the key contact for quality concerns and serve as the interface between manufacturing plants to provide feedback. You will also support delivery and sequencing issues.

Responsibilities include:

1. Liaise with customer Quality Engineers/Technicians to understand concerns and act or escalate as needed.
2. Identify quality concerns; negotiate acceptance or manage quarantine, return, or rework of parts.
3. Recognize and define defects; provide feedback for corrective actions.
4. Understand quality standards, including colour match standards, and train or evaluate others in their use.
5. Support 8D corrective action investigations.
6. Generate reports on containment actions.
7. Participate in customer meetings related to quality issues.
8. Assist with delivery and sequencing issues, providing feedback to logistics and planning teams.
9. Provide daily reports in the agreed format.
