We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing fire and security solutions provider seeking an experienced engineer or salesperson with a background in fire and/or security systems to support continued growth across installation projects and maintenance contracts.

About the RoleThis field‐based, consultative sales role focuses on generating new business while developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will own the full sales cycle, working closely with internal engineering and operations teams to deliver high‐quality, compliant fire and security solutions from initial survey through to installation.

Key Responsibilities

Produce 23 accurate, high‐quality quotations per day.

Achieve a £50,000 monthly sales target.

Manage your own diary, appointments, and weekly activity reporting.

Conduct site surveys, assess client requirements, and provide expert advice.

Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with new and existing customers.

Support the company\’s growth strategy across selected market sectors.

What You\’ll Bring

Proven experience in technical sales or as a systems/installation engineer within the fire and/or security systems industry (candidates from closely related sectors will also be considered).

The ability to confidently explain and sell technical solutions.

A proactive, organized, and self‐motivated approach.

Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.

A full UK driving licence.

Commission & RewardsThe role offers a performance‐driven commission structure:

Up to 2.5% on installation sales.

3.5% on new business wins.

Up to 12% on qualifying contract sales.

Commission is paid monthly on confirmed orders, with no upper earning limit.
