Robertson Recruitment are working with a well-established commercial interior fit-out company, specialising in the design, manufacture, and installation of premium interiors for offices, retail, hospitality, and leisure environments. The company is looking for a bench joiner to join the team on a permanent basis.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 07:30am - 3:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Manufacture bespoke joinery to exact specifications and high standards
- Interpret and work from technical drawings
- Operate woodworking machinery and power tools safely and efficiently
- Ensure all work meets our quality and safety standards
- Collaborate with workshop supervisors, designers, and site teams as required
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bench Joiner, preferably within a commercial fit-out environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Skilled in working with a variety of materials including MDF, veneers, laminates, solid woods, and more
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workmanship
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry
